Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women,
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, Pray for
us sinners, Now and at the hour of our death. |
Think of: Every moment of Our Lord Jesus’ agony in the Garden of Gethsemane. How intense His fear was that drops of blood broke through His skin. How He could have fled. How He wanted the cup of suffering to pass Him by, yet He stayed, for us, for our sins. How His friends offered Him no comfort, sleeping instead; yet He stayed, praying to God, trusting He could drink from the cup if it was God’s will. |
